Alastair Briggs

After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1974, Alastair worked with KPMG in Hong Kong until 1978. He then joined Barclays Bank plc to co-found the tax-based leasing group which specialised in the finance of high value utility and transportation assets. In 1984 this led to a career in investment banking specialising in cross-border tax based structured finance with JP Morgan and ABN AMRO Bank where he was joint Global Head of the Financial Engineering Group.  

Alastair is a Senior Relationship Director and looks after major client relationships.
