With over 30 years working for financial institutions in the City of London and overseas, Roger joined the business in 2000.

Roger has responsibility for the development and management of Heartwood’s relationships with professional firms such as accountants, IFAs, solicitors and pension consultants outside London. His primary area of focus is Kent and Sussex.
