After graduating in Economics with Politics from Loughborough University in 1994, Roz has worked for life assurance companies and leading professional companies in London and Newcastle, with a strong emphasis on the provision of technical pensions advice.

In recent years her work has focussed on the provision of personal financial planning services with particular emphasis on SIPPs and SSASs.  She has also been an FSA authorised pension transfer specialist in previous roles.

Roz is an Associate of the Personal Finance Society by examination.
